“Been left waiting 4 weeks for a delivery that was stated to take 3-5 days. I've had no follow up phone calls or emails to say where my products are. I've rang numerous times to which someone tells me that the delivery will be next week with no apologies and no real care. I've since asked for a full refund as they clearly can't meet their contractual requirements, and asked for email confirmation of my cancellation to which they agreed again with no apologies or real care. After another week, I'm still left waiting for my products or my refund. I wish I had seen the reviews before buying here. Will not be using these again!”
