“First delivery faultless second was polar opposite poor and conflicting communications from BP. Still waiting on update and feedback regards logged complaint. Like dealing with two different companies. Customer service extremely poor”

“A mixed bag. On the good side, the price was good and the products good. However, delivery was promised as 2 days from order, after 5 days it was changed to 9 days from order and eventually arrived 10 days from order. I then found there were 3 items missing and raised this with their support. They claimed everything was sent so I sent photographs of what was delivered as it was left on the driveway. I also told them my builder had been held up and the delay was costing me money (which was true). On the plus side they then delivered the missing items at 8am next morning.”
