“I would avoid these people. I ordered on 4 Dec 2023 and Im still waiting for my items. They dont answar the phone they dont reply to emails, they dont deliver your order. I have no Idea who gave these positive reviews? They must have done them themselves Avoid at all costs.”

“Very poor communication from start to finish, no email or call to tell me a delivery date/time, delivery was 2 days later than I was told so had to pay blokes to stand around then delivery was dumped on the drive and I wasn’t even told it had been delivered, wouldn’t purchase anything with this company again”

“Used twice now in the last couple months, cannot fault their service & prices at all. The staff on end of phone are amazing & will do anything they can to help you out. I ordered 2 different sizes and Kath even called me to double check it was correct which it wasn't, so thank you Kath. Both orders have been delivered on time with no hassle would not hesitate to use this company again.”

“The stock levels are not monitored accurately. No warning of shortage. They are a distributer that use other wholesalers/suppliers to deliver their orders. I would have ordered directly from Eurocell if I had known and saved my self the hassle and a few quid. I've been waiting almost 4 whole weeks for my order and still not received it. The Client is frustrated and we appear like fools promising dates and not delivering. No alternative solution was offered and no sympathy for the situation.”

“AVOiD Ordered a week ago, unanswered emails unanswered phone calls, had to chase today, week later....28 minutes waiting in a queue, finally answered, icouldn’t help on my delivery, these are middlemen, they do nothing but make customers anxious and sick thinking they had paid for nothing, there customer service is not fit for purpose, no communication, they are not the best, go straight to the supplier, EuroCell and pay less and take control of your order with out the stress and anxiety. Never again....was a new customer, but not now !, My money is hard earned for some people like this to just take with out communication. AVOID”
