I was very unorganised and ordered everything a little late but when I rang, I spoke with Georgina and she was so so helpful, processed my order straight away and was back in touch first thing the next morning to confirm and then again the next day with a further update! “The rumours are true about BPO. They lie to customers and it's clear they do so on these reviews too. They don't are either weeks late or don't deliver, taking people's money. Look at the long post they made recently to one person, angry and accusatory, they take time to write this but not support customers. It's not how to treat people. Still no delivery after weeks, no response on customer service and tickets closed without resolution. Go direct, don't use these people, trust me.”

“I had a lovely phone call of plastic online and it was sorted within 2 days as it were the other supplier who was supposed to be delivering my sill board had no vehicle as it had broke down but I am happy with my purchase”

“Paid £30 for delivery- I understand this for the bigger items, but paying that much you would expect door to door service. Not left in the road and made to carry it to the house, very unimpressed with this service and to call the day before for restrictions to access the property”

“Excellent service. I ordered uPVC cladding, trims & fixings, to do the gable end of my house. It all arrived within 10 days. Everything was well-wrapped and undamaged, and nothing missing. The delivery driver was very helpful and obliging to put it all where I wanted it, easier said than done when it was all 5-metre lengths. I fitted it all without any problems at all and am delighted with how it looks. Many thanks.”
