“Hugely cheaper than eurocell for same materials and delivery was prompt”

“Still waiting for delivery ! Ordered 2 weeks ago - chased last week - told that there was no down pipe in stock - chased today - told that the order had been sent to a different depot - received an email today stating that it would be Monday or Tuesday next week at the earliest. That would be 3 weeks . I appreciate it is not a big order , but why would I be encouraged to do a bigger order ? No communication from you - all the chasing by me .”

“No notification of actual delivery after initial suggested timing. Items delivered before this date but just left on front lawn with no further notification. Not fitted yet so unable to comment on quality”

“Product, price and delivery time all great, which is the main thing. However 1 star due to delivery driver, not a happy bunny…literally dumped the sheets on front lawn clattering them in top of each other. Wouldn’t be surprised if some deliveries get damaged this way, no niceties such as asking where i wanted them placed.”

“Excellent product. This is the third time we've ordered this skirting board from Building Plastics over the last couple of years and have found it very hard wearing and would highly recommended it. Delivery was quicker than expected but I was concerned to see the packaging was badly torn in several places but luckily the skirting wasn't damaged/scuffed. Overall will be happy to order again when we move on to the next room that needs decorating 😀.”

“Plastic fencing - Great product at a great price. Communication could be better as I had to chase the order and was told there were delays in producing the fencing and to expect it first week of July but it arrived the week before without noticed. Fortunately someone was in to take the order. Happy with the product though.”

“Slow delivery, items are sourced externally so the company have no control over delivery times and when I questioned this as I hadn’t been updated they blamed their supplier. Building plastics online was who took my money and so as the customer I expect them to accept liability when things go wrong and not blame their suppliers when items go out of stock, especially when they are showing them as in stock on their website. Wouldn’t use again”

“Very good, got what I ordered within a few days. The only thing I would Say, it would be nice to get a notification when it was being delivered. Luckily the three orders I’ve had, I was at home. Apart from that, I Would certainly order from them again.”

“Despite the poor reviews, placed an order of £400 for full house gutters, pipes, soffits & fascia as this company was quite a bit cheaper than everyone else overall. Order arrived within a few days - delivered by Eurocell. A few gutter connectors were missing but were replaced with no hassle and easily by Eurocell. Would definitely recommend this company!”
