“Didn't update the order - I was never informed it was awaiting collection. Enquired many times over a month period, was completely ignored. Order status on website was something like 'pending'. Eventually the place I picked it up from (eurocell) called me to say it had been there for ages. Won't use building plastics online again.”

“Prices can't be beaten, customer service a let down. Made several orders recently. Was sent the wrong item on one delivery, which I suppose does happen. This issue was trying to get it sorted. Spent ages on the phone for someone to answer, when they eventually did advised me to report via email(couldn't get off the phone quick enough). I did this along with a couple of messages via the website. Never heard a word back, and this was several weeks ago. Luckily they were relatively inexpensive items and couldn't be bothered to constantly chase up. Unfortunately it's hard not to use again as the prices are the best I could find. Just hope you don't get an error with your order🤞🏻”

“After a long delay concerning delivery , ‘my fault ion assuming product was not available ‘ I enquired as to when my order would arrive ,product arrived next day . I imagine my order was misplaced . I was happy with delivery and product so much so I intend to order a much larger order to complete my project”
