“What an amazing service and product, I ordered a coverboard on the Saturday afternoon, knowing it wouldn't get processed until Monday morning, low and behold it was delivered just after 10am on the Monday ( WOW) and I'd only just seen my email saying it had been processed, now that's amazing”

“Great company to work had several orders off them with no problems”

“My delivery turned up a day early which may have suited some but not us as it contained quite a lot of 5m long boards without the planned people being at home to take delivery. Unfortunately some of the soffit boards were a slightly different width to others, I'd ordered the premium ones but suspect some of the cheaper ones made their way into my delivery. This wasn't discovered until the project was almost completed. I contacted the company and they delivered the correct replacements, but a better system of quality control would have prevented this error.”
