My delivery turned up a day early which may have suited some but not us as it contained quite a lot of 5m long boards without the planned people being at home to take delivery. Unfortunately some of the soffit boards were a slightly different width to others, I'd ordered the premium ones but suspect some of the cheaper ones made their way into my delivery. This wasn't discovered until the project was almost completed. I contacted the company and they delivered the correct replacements, but a better system of quality control would have prevented this error.
