“Happy with delivery, happy I recieved all I ordered. The only thing me and the customer arnt happy about is the big scratch down the middle of the faisea board that won't come out. If they sent a new one out I for me to change then would have 5 stars but didn't get a email back.”

“Didn't get delivery updates, order came incomplete and was just dropped on my drive, no one came to the door. Got in touch with customer services but didn't hear back. I'm now out of pocket as I had to buy replacements from another source.”

“I bought 2, 5 meter lengths of UPVC window sill cover. They did not notify me when they were being delivered but luckily I was in to receive the order. The sill covers come with a protective film which I left on TO PROTECT during the fitting process. When I removed the cover the sill was scratched. Although annoying I had enough over to do it again. I then did the larger sill and when I removed the protective film the sill was great till I got to a large area of damage. Contacted them via e mail and within a couple of days got a response as follows. Because I had cut and fitted the sill they would not replace or refund. They say you should remove the plastic foil prior to fitting. I advised the company I will not use them again.”

“Ordered 9.45pm on Monday 10th June, immediate acknowledgement via email. Items delivered by Eurocell 11.50am on Thursday 13th June. Based upon my experience I cannot recommend Building Plastics Online highly enough. 5 Star..!”
