“Excellent prices, good range of products available, BUT - and it's a BIG BUT - the product I bought was supposed to arrive at a certain time on a certain day - no show. Same thing happened three times. When I tried to ring Building Plastics Online, the so-called customer service was appalling.... the telephone went onto answerphone almost immediately and the unhelpful recorded message repeats every 10 seconds... it drove me almost insane as I must have listened to the same message 60 times or more. I gave up in the end. I had to think outside the box to get my goods, but in the end, the sill was delivered to me by a local branch of Eurocell. I shall go direct to Eurocell rather than using Building Plastics Online in future.”
