“Basic car park, but satisfactory and regular shuttle service to and from the airport, though the drop off/pick up point is quite a trek from the airport terminal, something to consider if you have mobility issues.”

“This is the second time we have used plane parking and have been very happy with the service they provide. The car park is easy to find as are parking spaces, even in the height of the summer season. The courtesy bus runs frequently back and forwards to the airport terminal and is clearly sign posted when leaving the terminal buildings. Drivers were courteous and helpful. Would definitely use them again.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Easy 10 minute walk to the terminal and no hassle of having to wait for shuttle buses. Better signage is needed to actually show the walking route to the terminal from the car park.”
“Found a parking spot near bus stop 2 where a bus was waiting for us. On our return we only waited a few minutes for a bus. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. At time of booking we purchased Fast Track for the first time which was fantastic. Will booking booking again for our holiday in November.”
“Plane parking is cheaper than other parking places at the airport. There is a good bus link to Edinburgh airport every 10 minutes and takes it 5-10 minutes. I have booked there a couple of times. However, one time when I back from the holiday and went to pick up my car the barrier gate didn't allow me to exit and asked me to pay £180. I have to phone to get an exit which made me annoyed.”

“Secure parking with automated entry/exit with a short regular bus service to and from the terminal. Never had a problem in the many occasions I e parked here. Always decent prices compared to other options.”
