“I pre-bought a place: Order ID JI4Q3PY6C (cost £12:99). When I arrived at the gate the barrier would not lift until I removed a ticket. When I left the park, I inserted the ticked and was forced to pay an extra £17:99: 267505.
Why did I have to pay twice? Will I receive a refund?”
“Location is great, however no mention of the need to walk to the terminal ahead of our stay. (No coach options, according to signage on bus stops.)
I would be keen to speak to someone- puddles blocking pathways, litter strewn about, bins overflowing and ticket machine asking for £190 to exit despite booking in advance!”
“First time i have used fast track parking at Edinburgh it was great ! Stress free with assistance on how to use the system for depositing the key . Will definitely recommend makes holiday off to a good start 👍”

On my last visit I overstayed by over 9 hours thanks to airport delays and should have paid extra bit once I explained to the helpful chap on the intercom the extra fee was waived, after some appalling customer service from my departure airport and airline it was refreshing to experience this, thanks.”
“Time and again I have been refused exit and asked to pay an astronomical sum.I then have to contact the attendant to get myself freed. This is extremely annoying and time consuming and does the company no favours. I would appreciate contact from you as to how best to avoid this in future”
“was not pleased at all can you not afford a sign iwent to the one next because i could not find the entrance when i arrived back i asked one of your workers if i was in the right parking place ana he said i was in the right place it cost me 130 pounds to get my car out so it was a lovely end to my break so in all it cost me 170 pounds for just over 3days i dont except there is any chance off my booking fee so dont be miserable and buy a sign”

“Parking was not described as indicated online , hassle in trying to find entrance to plane parking. Easy solution update your correct parking areas online . Many customers on my flight agreed”
“Great pricing and pretty straight forward service. For the most part. The shuttle bus driver who took me from the car park to the airport was really friendly and lovely. There are no maps or indications of where the shuttle stops are in the car park, and since it’s a big space they’re hard to find. Luckily, the shuttle driver found me looking a bit lost and drove to me to help me get on board. Great. However, the information given when you make a booking is so, so unclear and frankly very frustrating. You are only given information on how to use the shuttle service when you first park, but no information on what to do when you return home from your destination. I walked around Edinburgh airport to find any signs any information as to where I could get the shuttle from the airport back to the car park but there was literally no information anywhere. It was 1am and I’d had a long day, ideally a shuttle would’ve made my life easier. But instead, I had to wheel a 26kg suitcase for 15-20 minutes and walk to the plane parking area. And as I arrived, I saw an empty shuttle leaving the car park but again, I had no idea of where I could’ve gotten on it from the airport. You need to think of your customers beyond them getting to the airport. If it weren’t for this oversight and lack of consideration, I’d have given five stars. Disappointing. I hope you’ll fix this.”
