“This was the first time I’d used this service. Whilst the process for dropping off and picking up keys is automated, I was glad to be met by a staff member on arrival who explained where I should leave my car, and by another staff member when I returned to pick up my car, who explained where my car was parked. It wasn’t obvious to me where exactly I should deposit my car keys once I’d checked in, but some other customers pointed the chute out to me.
Entrance was well signposted and it is very convenient to be able to drop off and pick up your car so close to the terminal building.”
