“Absolute joke. We got off our flight 00.30am to a flat battery which wasn't the issue I had. The issue was there was no one around to help the shuttle drivers didn't have a clue at all at the very least jump cables should be kept in the bus for situations like this. Tried calling the phone number for help and the number did not exist! Not to mention the damage to my car from other cars parked beside us
We lost a full day's wage and we are out £260 for a new battery not to mention whatever it will cost to fix the scratches

“Very large car park, be sure to remember where you parked up. Shuttle bus service was great, friendly driver. Ticket machine didn’t like my ticket, but the chap on the end of the button sorted it quickly. Thank you.

“We had pre-booked car park. Everything was smooth. There was short waiting time for the bus to transfer between car park and terminal building. On the return back to car there was an issue with barrier exiting terminal building. We were waiting along with 30 or so taxis to get out of terminal building.”
