“Parked the car facing the fence was simple,but when coming home in the dark the lighting was very poor,also there was a black gravel stone sitting on my rear window wiper blade,apart for that good service.”

“Entering the car park, for me, was very easy. However leaving the car park was more dificult, as the ticket which was issued to me by the machine, was not accepted by the exit machine. The gentleman on the "Talk to" button was very efficient, solved the problem, and let me out.”
“Booked and paid online. Arrived and no problems. Arrived back @2.30am and put ticket to exit barrier in the machine. Would not register initially and had to go to another barrier. Ticket was accepted but stated we had an outstanding payment of £180. No call button on machine to ask for help. Disappointed and put of pocket.”

“As a first time customer, I found the whole process so easy.I am a blue badge holder and this was taken into consideration by my car being placed in the 'blue area ' very close to the key pick up. When we arrived there was plenty of very helpful staff who made our experience so easy..I might add that ,on purchasing , the whole process was made even easier with a short video explaining the whole process.”

“I am disabled in a wheelchair and was informed my car would be parked beside the collection point upon our return from vacation. When I returned, my car was parked in bay B48, two spaces away from the top of the hill and less than half a doors opening width to the next vehicle parked. Upon exiting the car park and receiving a ticket to get out of the car park, the machine wouldn’t raise before I paid another £6 on top of the £110 already paid. Unable to call for assistance I paid the charge but the service was really poor and I wasn’t expecting to pay another £6 to get out of the car park.”
