“I booked and paid in advance. The car park was easy to find and we easily found a spot.
However when we left, we were told we owed £340 even though I had paid in advance. We had to press the help button for it to be checked and overridden. Not something I wanted to deal with at 1.30am.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“The shuttle bus is as reliable as clockwork. I've never been let down and this trip was no different. The best thing about the service is the drivers. To a man (I've only seen men), they're friendly and welcoming, always saying "Hi, how you doing?" and "see you again" as I get on and off. Not a "corporate/tick the box" welcome, but a genuine one. This makes such a big difference. Nothing but praise for the service.”
“Need to get another mini bus as we had to wait a wee while on bus when landed and then just managed to get on when it arrived. Had to stand and we were parked at 2nd bus stop so had to remove selves and baggage to let other passengers off then get back on.”

“Easy peasy, booked on line, dropped off car, got on the bus straight to terminal, on return, hopped on the bus, drove car to barrier put in ticket and straight out. Could not have been easier!! 5☆”

Easy to find and plenty of spaces.
The only hiccup was when we were leaving, I inserted my ticket and was advised that I owed £170.00
The attendant dealt with this fairly quickly but I was holding up the queue at the exit and they must have thought it was my fault!”
