“Straight forward, but there was an issue leaving the carpark as I had pre-paid for my parking and the machine was asking for the 2 days I used the multi-story carpark.”

For future reference you can find your chosen car park and directions located on your booking confirmation. Our car parks are signposted by wayfinding, located in key traffic areas. I’m sorry to hear that you found our wayfinding to be unhelpful. Please be assured that we are working hard to upgrade our wayfinding where required.

“Good value and you keep your keys. The only recommendations is to make sure you follow the directions sent by email to reach the car park as there is (at least) one more "long stay" carpark and can be a bit confusing.”
“Airport parking is too expensive but this was the cheapest option. It was further from the airport than we thought (the google map showed it as being next to the long stay). But on the plus side the shuttle bus was frequent,and the staff were really nice.”

“We were a day late as flight had changed, got in and parked no problem, bus picked us up within 5 minutes. When we arrived back it was raining and we had to wait about 10 minutes. When we left the car park the machine wanted us to pay £250 however used the buzzer and we were able to leave with no further charge.”
“Easy to book, easy to find and get the bus. The only problem was when exiting, I submitted the ticket I had received on entry and the machine showed I was due £180. I pressed the call button and the assistant raised the barrier. Surely if this is prepaid it should be in the system.”

“Horrible Experience. Pre-booked and was unable to exit the carpark as wanted £180. Operative completely unapologetic and asked me if I had changed my car registration?!! Lashing rain which soaked me and the interior of my car whilst trying to provide booking reference number - my name “spell that for me” - and my car registration (again) - to be finally told “that’s you”?! Last time I will be using this service!”
