“Automatic barriers worked perfectly entering and leaving. Waited about 5 mins on the free bus in both directions. The cost of £25 for 7 days was equal to about 1/3 of a taxi from home to airport and back (24 mile round trip).”

“Due to the volcanic eruption of Mount Etna on the island of Sicily my flight home to Edinburgh was delayed and given I had no choice I used your car park for an additional day. Imagine my shock when upon leaving your facility today I was charged £45 for 1 additional days stay. Considering my initial stay of 7 days cost £42 I find this charge to be astonishing and exorbitant. Surely some consideration should be made in such circumstances to the level of additional charges to be made.”

“Once I located the parking area! (My sat nav took me the wrong way!!!) It was easy and the staff were really helpful. Well marked out ares and plenty transport to the airport.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Direction on web site were great was very easy to find and is well sign posted literally right next to airport distance was great unfortunately we got £150 bill when leaving had to hold up que at barrier until it was resolved when we got someone on intercom it was a ok tell me registration and go with no explanation at all looked like it happened all the time very disappointed that customer service let everything down”
