“Having booked Plane Parking on line, I drove to Plane Parking, but could not get in. With time ticking on, I just put my car in Long Stay hoping for the best. On return, there was faf at the Exit and I had to press the button to talk to someone. He was fine and let me out, but it was all so confusing. Why not make it clear where you are meant to park?”
“Easy to get to Car Park. Had No Problems going through the Barriers, Entrance and Exit. Shuttle Bus to and from Terminal Building. Overall Very Good Service.”
“Was very disappointed trying to leave the airport. The parking was pre-paid but producing the exit ticket the machine said I owed £270(1 week).We then had to park up and try and find someone to help which I eventually did after 30 minutes. We had been on the move for 12 hours which is stressful with 2 young children. Having said this, the location of parking for the terminal is ideal so will definitely book again but will get someone to check my ticket first.”

Only thing was exiting car park at the main barrier and three cars were stuck at barrier, with the machine asking for ticket. I pressed button and explained I had been in plane parking and barrier was lifted and I was let out. Think some people were unsure what to do.”
“I turned up to park where I was advised my registration would be recognised and a ticket would come out automatically, this didn’t happen so had to push for a ticket. On the way out I put my ticket in and it was asking for £280+ and would let me out. I had to press a buzzer and try to communicate with someone I could hardly hear to get out. I did eventually get out but the delay is something you don’t need when coming back from holiday.”
“Really happy with the service provided. My car actually broke down on the day of travel. And I had no time to try and contact them but this was all resolved on site upon arrival with ease”
“Highly recommend the fast park very easy to use and very quick , very close to terminal , pulled up in car, scanned barcode, parked car and walked the 100 yards to the terminal, return jst as fast , scanned ticket and car keys are located in designated box keys on wall, car was parked in designated bay super quick super easy well worth it”

“Having used Plane Parking before I was surprised to see I couldn't access the car park using the former entrance - the entrance thats still described in the confirmation info email AND still marked on the road - this led to a stressful start before my early morning departure.
Fortunately, after trying to google Plane Parkings contact number, a bus passed me and gave me a clue as to where the new Plane Parking car park is, which is quite a bit further round.
Once you know you know and the set up was efficient. Please update your emails, road markings and website info tho.”

When I got to exit I could not get out as they said I was due £130 .
It was sorted out by the office as it was a mistake

“On return we could not find bus stop. It was not signposted with other buses. We asked various airport staff who directed us to wrong areas and it took us an hour in pouring rain before we found it. No directions for return were on booking confirmation. There as no way to contact Plane parking by telephone or internet.”
“So easy to book ,simple parking ,no fussing about with paper work ,just drive up to the barrier ,it opens for you ,you pick a space ,then the bus takes you to the terminal ,then picks you up on your return .brilliant!!!”
“Not for the first time here the car park did not recognise my vehicle or my booking and I have to contact the operator. OK that only takes a minute or two but seems to be an issue at this location.”
