“As the first ‘Plane Parking, area / barrier I drove to was coned off, it might have been good to have a large signpost at the barrier point explaining directions to the alternate parking location - fortunately I had enough time before my flight to drive around and work out where to go.”
“Good price, easy to find & short hop to terminal. One star knocked off as we were asked to pay £350 to exit!!! ITo say we were shocked is an understatement. Resolved quickly via intercom but this was only because my daughter & son-in-law were in the adjoining exit lane having the same experience & were able to advise us. Two very upset 70 year olds & an unfortunate end to our holiday.”
“Booking online was very easy to do. Price was very reasonable. The shuttle bus was great and not much hanging about for the bus. Drivers were friendly even at 4am. Only negative point was on leaving parking I was asked to pay £120 when I put my ticket in, however once I saw the help button on the machine the person at the other end sorted this very quickly for me. Great service and would use again.”
“Really poor set up. No idea where the Plane Parking site with the shuttle bus is. The airport website doesn't help. Booked long stay. No shuttle bus. The signs on arrival joyfully pointed left to 'SPACES'. Nope. No spaces that direction! Once parked, it's a magical mystery tour to find the pedestrian walkway and exit to the terminal. Not a nice schlep at 5.30am. Really rubbish set up. AND....paypoints to validate your ticket (needed even if you prepaid) are well hidden. Its such an unprofessional set up generally.”

On the return, easy to retrieve your key, find car, only thing was getting out car park, needed to press for assistance for barrier to be raised”
“We were happy with the area for parking and the ease of use to enter. On arrival back at Edinburgh airport, we were slightly unsure of the procedure. We were directed to the specified canopy but until we actually saw the unbranded bus we had no sure idea of when it was going to come. However, would happily use PlanePatking again and happily recommend to others.”
