“Really poor set up. No idea where the Plane Parking site with the shuttle bus is. The airport website doesn't help. Booked long stay. No shuttle bus. The signs on arrival joyfully pointed left to 'SPACES'. Nope. No spaces that direction! Once parked, it's a magical mystery tour to find the pedestrian walkway and exit to the terminal. Not a nice schlep at 5.30am. Really rubbish set up. AND....paypoints to validate your ticket (needed even if you prepaid) are well hidden. Its such an unprofessional set up generally.”
“Straight forward to find, park up and over to terminal.
On the return, easy to retrieve your key, find car, only thing was getting out car park, needed to press for assistance for barrier to be raised”
“We were happy with the area for parking and the ease of use to enter. On arrival back at Edinburgh airport, we were slightly unsure of the procedure. We were directed to the specified canopy but until we actually saw the unbranded bus we had no sure idea of when it was going to come. However, would happily use PlanePatking again and happily recommend to others.”

“Having booked Plane Parking on line, I drove to Plane Parking, but could not get in. With time ticking on, I just put my car in Long Stay hoping for the best. On return, there was faf at the Exit and I had to press the button to talk to someone. He was fine and let me out, but it was all so confusing. Why not make it clear where you are meant to park?”
“Easy to get to Car Park. Had No Problems going through the Barriers, Entrance and Exit. Shuttle Bus to and from Terminal Building. Overall Very Good Service.”
“Was very disappointed trying to leave the airport. The parking was pre-paid but producing the exit ticket the machine said I owed £270(1 week).We then had to park up and try and find someone to help which I eventually did after 30 minutes. We had been on the move for 12 hours which is stressful with 2 young children. Having said this, the location of parking for the terminal is ideal so will definitely book again but will get someone to check my ticket first.”

Only thing was exiting car park at the main barrier and three cars were stuck at barrier, with the machine asking for ticket. I pressed button and explained I had been in plane parking and barrier was lifted and I was let out. Think some people were unsure what to do.”
