“The car park was of a good size and the bus to take you to and from the airport was very convenient. The driver was very helpful and had a very nice manner. I would use Plane Parking again as they have very competitive rates compared to others.
My only issue with the parking was finding it. It would be more helpful if the postcode for the DoubleTree Hilton was provided and a note to advise not to put in the postcode given when you search Plane Parking on Google as it took us to the wrong place. This was stressful at the start of the holiday and I wouldn't want anyone else to have this experience.”
“Well sign posted and although car park was very busy there were spaces available. Bus was running every 10 mins so no trouble getting to or from Airport. I would definitely consider using this car park in future.”

“Currently attempting to contact firm regards possible scam but listed phone number on site is not registered number. Had to rebook on eve of flight to ensure I had parking. The correct booking was very efficient with no problems, but how I was diverted to a site that took money from me but then issued a booking reference number that wasn't recognised is under investigation”

“Was great at first, prepaid about 40 for
a week's parking, expresss bus to and from airport with no problems. All good .. until I put the ticket I to the exit gate and a sign flashed up requesting ÂŁ181 to be paid before I could exit.. so I parked the car and had to use the intercom twice to try get help. Finally the second assistant told me to just go. So be careful!”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
