“Hi parking was good as usual ,only gripe was after landing at midnight directions to the bus stop weāre non existent ( yes I knew it was where we got dropped off but in the dark it all looked a wee bit different ) and even when we reached the Pick up point which was busy I still had to ask as your sign was only visible to those inside the hut and nothing on the back which was the direction I was approaching from.”
“I arrived at parking in the dark at4.45am. Although very full Ifound a space by following spaces sign. What I did not like was the lack of signage to the airport. I wound my long way through the parked cars towards the lights of the terminal. I saw no signs pointing the way and only found the walkway when almost there. I found it a bit scary on my own in such a big area without a bus or official to show the way.”
“Cheap and the car was secure. However the signs were super confusing..:it was very hard to know I had the right place. The only car park marked āplane parkingā is about half a mile further on. I was really worried I had the wrong place and had to walk up to the barrier and press the button on a machine to ask. Then it was hard again to find my way to and especially back from the terminal as it was not clearly signposted.”
“Followed instructions, but no ANPR evidence. No printed car registration on ticket. On departure exit machine tried to charge another Ā£146. Sorted by pressing button and speedy action by a staff member. Apart from that, excellent booking.

“Was satisfied with the parking. Only complaint would be when you are walking from your car to the bus pickup point there are stones on the tarmac road and the wheels on our suitcases get stuck on them. Answer would be to have the whole car park done in tarmac and that would solve this problem.”
“Everything from the booking online, the price, the clarity of directions to get to the parking and the shuttle bus was extremely simple and easily under-taken. However I have two significant constructive (I hope!) criticisms. First, I tried to use the contacts online form to communicate a need to change my booking. I received an acknowledgement email of my contact but thereafter no support. Second, the cost of my overstay was extortionate and, as far as I can see, way in excess of that which I expected! Disappointing extra stress to an already stressful end to my trip.”
