“I did not see the hamper as it was sent as a birthday gift but am pleased to say the recipient was over the moon with the contents. He spoke of re- ordering when he had got through all of the cheese so well done. It exceeded expectations! J.H. August 2022.”

“Excellent produce and good delivery with sensible packaging. I love the glass yoghurt jars with no stickers on to reuse. If i was being really picky i would like more organic options but overall very pleased.”

“I almost exclusively get my meat from pipers farm. Great selection of meat, but also of cheese, bread and pantry stuff. I’m obsessed. Great value for money as well and seasonal specials. Loved the Haggis around Burns Night. Big fan of pipers!”

“I now only meat from Pipers, it is all delicious and friends and family all can taste the difference. I would not consider buying from any other source, because apart from the quality and taste, the prices are great and often cheaper that from other shops, or supermarkets, or even farmers markets.”

“Quality of products seems good, as usual, but most items had defrosted completely and the rest partially by the time they were delivered to me at my door: after 5 pm. The courier was not late. The time was as scheduled by DPD, but obviously there is a problem with frozen products in mid-summer unless an earlier time in the day can be guaranteed.”

Thank you for sharing feedback with me, Our team do include additional ice when it is very hot. We always send items frozen in our deliveries as Freezing is nature's way of preserving food. You can safely defrost and re-freeze Pipers Farm meat Because we have grown our meat so carefully you can defrost and freeze your meat too. There is a widespread faux pas that you can’t re-freeze meat once it has been defrosted. While we would not recommend you do not do this with supermarket meat, this is one of the benefits of shopping with Pipers Farm, our meat is completely safe to re-freeze. I hope this helps?
