“Quality of products seems good, as usual, but most items had defrosted completely and the rest partially by the time they were delivered to me at my door: after 5 pm. The courier was not late. The time was as scheduled by DPD, but obviously there is a problem with frozen products in mid-summer unless an earlier time in the day can be guaranteed.”

Thank you for sharing feedback with me, Our team do include additional ice when it is very hot. We always send items frozen in our deliveries as Freezing is nature's way of preserving food. You can safely defrost and re-freeze Pipers Farm meat Because we have grown our meat so carefully you can defrost and freeze your meat too. There is a widespread faux pas that you can’t re-freeze meat once it has been defrosted. While we would not recommend you do not do this with supermarket meat, this is one of the benefits of shopping with Pipers Farm, our meat is completely safe to re-freeze. I hope this helps? “I buy this for my family members who eat meat ( I don’t) because it’s high welfare. Being frozen in portions it’s easy for the family to get out what they need ,defrost and cook it - no waste and I don’t have to touch it ! Fantastic service and value for money ( not cheap but meat shouldn’t be - it should cost what it does to produce it ethically and sustainably )”

“Perfection as always. I was ill with covid and needed a food parcel of nutritious, tasty food. I got that and it was delivered so fast and so beautifully packaged. I love Piper's Farm and have always used them for high days and holidays - this time round it was a care package par excellence”

“Got my first order last week so haven't tried much of the meat yet. Impressed with packaging all eco-friendly, sheep's wool is now used as mulch round top of plant plots, outer packaging around outside of meat will be kept for wrapping items in fridge. So nice to have thoughtful eco-friendly packaging and not have to worry about plastic and polystyrene boxes as from other companies I have purchased from.”

“I took delivery of my first order from Pipers Farm a week ago and was not disappointed. I bought most of the products for a party - cheeses, charcuterie items and chipolatas. The chipolatas were particularly delicious and my sister - who is intolerant to sulphites/sulphates - is still waxing lyrical about them! I did query the taste of one of the cheeses as it was not to our taste; customer services responded very quickly and, despite the fact it would seem it's most likely to do with our uneducated taste buds, we're good enough to offer a £10 voucher! It feels good to be able to support ethical, sustainable farming and prices seem reasonable considering the quality.”

“Great food. Rubbish reward program for regular users. There’s always an offer or discount on which then can’t be used if you use any of your reward points. So it renders them pointless. I’d be better off just using a different email each order and bagging a discount.”

“Delivery did not arrive on expected day- DPD left message saying it wasn’t accepted as damaged- this is a lie and no fault of pipers farm. Great customer service from pipers farm immediate replacement sent and order usual high quality”

“Such care in all departments : above all animal welfare ; detailed , accurate publicity ; excellent delivery packaging, ecologically designed ; deliveries on time as informed. I would like simple cooking instructions on the packets……..I have to refer back to make sure, because then the product is just delicious!”
