“All your meats are very good. Chickens are sumptuous. I tried your Jersey milk this time which was lovely sell by date was poor, received Thursday had to be drunk by Friday. Can you freeze this milk.”

“Everything we have from Pipers has always been great. The only issue we have is that we are sent offers but when we try to use them they are taken off the points we have built up which seems very unfair!! Or you can’t use them together!”

“Great meat and cheese, however, the bacon was very fatty and the meat pies had an odd flavour and the pastry did not cook well, despite cooking longer than they said. Left good reviews for sausages and burgers, all were published but left poor reviews for pies and bacon, these were not published! So you cannot trust their review system, have a look and see if you can find a bad review. Having said that will continue to order as most of their products are excellent.”

“Disappointing the meat is delivered frozen, I just don’t buy frozen meat, suggest they make it clearer before ordering. DPD delivered to the wrong address.”

“Helpful staff, wonderful products (shame about the delivery cost to the highland mainland area, would be nice if free delivery could be offered when spending over say 1 or 2 hundred pounds)”

“After contacting Pipers again, I got a response. £10 voucher! Assuming I order again 🤔 The meat (£65) is normally good but delivery (£7) is not if you consider they left the cardboard parcel on wet grass in the rain, didn’t ring the doorbell. By the time I went searching the meat was starting to soften!!! I called and left a message, no reply 5 days on. Not great customer service”

“Good cheese selection and the biscuits too. Was for my sons birthday and they were the only company who could delivery at the holiday weekend. Will definitely use them again.”

“Always great service and products are fantastic. More expensive than buying from supermarkets but the quality and taste is first class. A particular shout out for rib of beef, pork shoulder and duck. I took a star off this time as I was charged for delivery when I assumed it was free. Highly recommend this company.”

“The quality of the meat (beef short ribs) was great. It's the first time I have cooked with them and whilst expensive, it's good to know the cattle are grass fed and cared for. Delivery was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately the minimum spend made it expensive and whilst this seems common amongst online butchers, the cheeses I bought weren't needed! The Stilton was amazing but the cheddar slightly disappointing. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to use again for a special occasion and the service was efficient.”

“I always buy my meat from here and I'd normally rate them 5 but my latest order included porrk chops. I like some fat on my chops but one of them was nearly ALL fat”

“Had our first order which was ok but not something I would do again. Pork steaks were small and extremely fatty. Lamb steaks were ok but really tiny! Chicken breast was excellent. Yet to try the rump steak. Fingers crossed! The parcel arrived on time - slightly defrosted but it had come a long way and apparently it's ok to freeze up again.”

“This was a gift for my very helpful neighbour. They were delighted with the barbeque selection and some items never reached the freezer! some of the cheese box were also sampled and declared excellent! Always good to know ones gift has been so well received. My only comment is about delivery. This was advised as being between 2.47 and 3.47 with a note added that he was 'running late and be with you shortly' Shortly turned out to be after 7pm!! Luckily they were iat home that evening!”

“This was a gift for my brother. He says it was well packaged and promptly delivered. Cheese very tasty. Only negative comment was that 2 of the cheeses only had a 6 day best before date which we felt was too short.”
