“Was a bit apprehensive ordering meat online not knowing what the quality would be like but we were pleasantly surprised. The steaks were really tasty and packaged very well…although maybe too much but it is recyclable. The price was reasonable but definitely on the higher end for us as a family of 5 but we would order only it’d not be a weekly thing.”

“Incredibly quick delivery and everything was very well wrapped and still frozen or very cold. Impressive. I was missing an osso bucco mutton, which after I had proven I had not got it by way of photographs, they sent me it the next day.”

“Have dealt with your Company now for 4/5 years, the goods I order now come frozen, which is much better for me as a consumer, some items can be a wee bit pricey but on the whole am happy with what I pay for the products.”

“Always packaged well and use a decent courier which makes all the difference with time critical delivery (frozen food). Bar a couple of stringy steaks I’ve been on the whole very impressed with what we’ve bought. The website on IOS does seem a tad glitchy (the buttons to each of the meat types doesn’t seem to work) and I’m forever being bombarded with customer points as a discount to then miss out on a free delivery offer. Or a discount to be told sorry you use us regularly so it’s not for you. As with most businesses first orders and regular customers are treated differently. But small gripes aside I make an effort not to buy my meat from a supermarket and Pipers fits that box.”

“Good service, very quick delivery and very tasty 😋 my only comment hence 4 stars would be I did order mutton and it was diced to small for me especially when your going to slow cook it. I would recommend a larger dice and then customers can cut it into smaller pieces. But Over all very good !!!”

“Absolutely delicious chicken, with giblets, delivered as promised, slightly thawed, so not suitable to put into freezer but this was no problem as I planned to cook them the day after they arrived.”

You can safely defrost and re freeze Pipers Farm meat Because we have grown our meat so carefully you can defrost and freeze your meat too. There is a widespread faux pas that you can’t re-freeze meat once it has been defrosted. While we would not recommend you do not do this with supermarket meat, this is one of the benefits of shopping with Pipers Farm, our meat is completely safe to re-freeze. This is also confirmed in the little care guide that we send along with your order. Best Wishes
