“I received an offer pack from BMW and thought why not. The packaging was excellent and very high-end. The burgers were fat, juicy, full of flavour and amazing. The sausages looked incredible but sadly were a little bland and lacked flavour. We had several left so ate them the next day cold, the flavour was incredible the next day, tasted smokey and very tasty. The BBQ sauce was delicious and very sweet and tasty - shame it was in a glass bottle and not squeezy. The burger buns were soft and fresh. Overall the pack was great and we will be ordering again.”

“Great food. Rubbish reward program for regular users. There’s always an offer or discount on which then can’t be used if you use any of your reward points. So it renders them pointless. I’d be better off just using a different email each order and bagging a discount.”

“This was our first experience of ordering from Pipers Farm, based upon the recommendation of the "Rockfish" company that we have used several times this year for a variety of fish. We ordered two Sirloin steaks, three Racks of Lamb (as the weight quoted wasn't very high) and a Chateaubriand steak. We were surprised when the meat arrived all frozen. We hadn't noticed this on the order form, nor anywhere else on the website. We had assumed that all the meat was fresh and, although Pipers Farm said that we could refreeze the meat if it had started to thaw, we didn't want to take the chance. The Chateaubriand was excellent, the Sirloins were below the weight we wanted once we had cut a 50g chunk of fat off each one, but otherwise ok, and the three Racks of Lamb were all different weights so we had to compromise the cooking to a certain degree. Such are the problems of buying meat online.”

“The produce is excellent, especially raving about the fresh baked goods. I've already highly praised the spicy butter chicken pie, and love the Eve goat cheese. The service team v. helpful with some delivery issues. Prices v. reasonable for the high quality. It will take me quite a while to chomp through this order, but I'll be bac in due course.”

“Meat very good. Handy defrosting. This is the 2nd delivery we have had from Pipers and on neither occasion have we had an email from DPD as to time of delivery. The driver told me it was because they had no email for us from you. I was able to eventually find a delivery time from the confirmation from you. I would imagine DPD have gone wrong somewhere. However it was delivery in the time slot I had found.”

“General review, gpod service prompt delivery, usually have some offers on too which is good. I tend to do a bulk order and make it last, everything I've had has good quality and tastes real. I like the ethos of the company and that's why I continue to use. It might seem expensive but I would rather have it less often and know what I am eating.”

“I have received 3 orders. Quality and delivery are excellent. However, a product was incorrectly labelled and consequently I put burgers in fridge & pigs in blankets in freezer. This caused a problem Also, there was very little meat on the bacon - so much fat!”

“Love the quality of the meat/dairy. You do seem to run out of mutton and venison a lot, would be great if these were in stock more often as I prefer mutton over lamb. The main thing that I think could be improved is the waste of the wool packs you use for delivery. Some sort of collection as Riverford do of boxes/wool packs would be great as I feel awful throwing them out every delivery even though I know they degrade. I live in a top floor flat in London so I don't compost.”
