“Not impressed. Delivery arrived just outside the 48hr slot !!. I tried emailing and phoning you regarding safety of freezing items and then defrosting to eat on Christmas day but no response . I went ahead and froze the items and then Christmas eve started to defrost the chicken in fridge . On Christmas day it was put in oven under your advised instructions for 2,kg chicken. 1 hr 20 min. After 2 hours it still wasn't cooked. We tried carving it and the meat still pink. We were put off by this and because of how long it took for me to receive items. 2 days late the chicken went in the bin. We didn't want the risk of food poisoning. I would have expected a better customer service as I am a loyal customer, I really are unsure whether to order from you again. I know it has been unusual circumstances but I think you could have been more honest regarding delivery .”

“Had a two bone rib of beef but unusually this was tough this time. Cooked it as medium rare and seared meat at high temperature for 20 minutes and then turned down heat to 160 degrees C, but meat went dry quickly and was slightly tough. Shame!”

“Very very happy with Pipers Farm. This is the second time I order from them. Everything arrived on the day and the packaging was simply amazing. The wool that wrapped the meat was beautiful! I recommend this to everyone!”

“My Goose never arrived as it was stuck in the DPD sorting office and very sadly got wasted in transit as it went over the 72 hours. This is by no means the fault of Pipers as DPD have totally dropped the ball. The communication from pipers farm was excellent and they even gave me a personal call to apologise and offer a replacement by a non DPD courier. I hope any other customers in the same position will understand this is a DPD issue.”

“I absolutely love your produce,cos I can't afford to get your produce all the time,I have for the past few years treated myself to for Christmas day dinner,never been disappointed ever, absolutely stunning, thanks for your beautiful produce,your hard work shows in your food, merry Christmas to you all. “Christmas goose and other products delivered on time and in great condition, in recyclable box and insulation. Looking forward to dinner tomorrow! However, one gripe - Pipers website does not allow the option to decline non-necessary cookies (including 3rd party advertising cookies) like all other UK websites. I don't think this complies with UK law, or maybe Pipers.com is a US registered company? Even so, I think it is non-compliant Disappointing if so, and I will move over to another supplier in future.”
