Order did not arrive the following day either. I was provided tracking information that was incorrect for my order. I have now requested a refund.”

“4Kg of diced venison arrived bang on time. That was a cue for my wife to prepare the marinade and check through for connective tissue. The next day the venison was browned and the venison and pickled walnut casserole started. The roof will be on Sunday when there will be 10 critics of the meal. Star ratings will have to wait until then. But it looks at least 4.5 at the moment.”

“I cannot praise this company highly enough their products, service and efficiency are exeptional. The delivery is normally on time, however, on just one occasion through no fault of their own the goods I ordered did not arrive on time. However, the way the staff dealt with the matter was beyond what one would have expected. The staff are always very polite, professional and helpful. It is a pleasure in this day and age to experience and do business with this outstanding business.”
