“Delighted with our order. Ordering was very easy and straight forward. Absolutely love the fact that all of the packing is recyclable and just the whole sustainability ethos of Pipers Farm. So far we have only eaten the Turkey and Brie pies. Oh boy were they delicious and well filled, will definitely order these again. Looking forward to cooking and eating the venison saddle we ordered for Christmas and the other things to. Everything looks to be of very good quality.”

“I am not the greatest cook and for the past few years, Christmas especially, I order all my meat from Pipers because it always turns out fantastic! I put money aside so that I can save up and buy the turkey and all the trimmings because it really is the best quality and the animals have had enriched lives. It arrives perfectly wrapped up and on time, always. Now I can’t wait to cook it! Also, the goose fat for the roast potatoes are sooooo good!”

“A superb customer experience. My daughter obtained a 12 month job in Australia at short notice, meaning that we had our Christmas lunch on 20 December. Our Turkey was already ordered for delivery on 23 December. The process to change delivery date could not have been carried out with more charm and efficiency. “As always impressed with the delivery on time, always a blessing. You were the only source I could find offering a half turkey so well done for that. Smaller turkeys are, obviously, proportionally more bone to meat. There are only two of us but we like our leftovers and dark meat (cold and chips, curry, turkey stew with the bones) and maybe a few sandwiches along the way and some to freeze, and a crown just doesn't do that. So well done for finding us traditional Christmas cooks and hope there were enough of us for you to continue that in years to come. As yet the turkey is yet to be cooked but we are looking forward to the cooking, smelling and tasting almost as if there were a big family gathering when we were young.”

When one of the gifts to one of my client’s went astray I contacted the support team on a Sunday expecting the normal out of office. Instead I was contacted straight back by Phoebe and Liz who sorted out the issues and managed their parcel delivery partner for me. No chat bots, no messenger to somewhere in the far east, just quick, local, friendly, helpful service that sorted my problem out. That’s not to mention how good their products are!
