“I would love to write a good review but sadly I can't. I have as yet to receive my parcel from DPD. All it says is that it's in their warehouse. I spoke to you about this earlier in the week but nothing happened. I tried to ring again but your phone line is blocked. I left voice messages, and yesterday I left an email. I've heard nothing back. Very poor customer service. I appreciate it is busy and DPD are doing extra deliveries BUT I placed my order for delivery on Monday some time ago. I've ordered items on Monday which were delivered this morning by DHL. I am concerned about the condition of the gammon I ordered ( if it ever arrives) so much so I've bought one from M&S this morning. I'm sure it won't be as good as yours but I can't take the chance. I'd also like the Perry and organic ale I ordered. Not quite”

“Sadly, all of my large Christmas order inc my turkey, Christmas pudding etc etc never arrived, and communication was very poor when trying to establish what what going on. I’m now left with no Christmas food. When I finally got through to speak to someone, all I get is an apology, no offer to send again, a voucher as an apology etc. I will never use Pipers Farm again.”

“Christmas delivery due today, DPD email that they are expecting a package but no tracking information arrives. Website says they are very busy but no information. Only when I check Twitter do I see there is a huge issue between them and DPD and it seems my package isn't going to be delivered. Really poor communications by Pipers Farm. I'm now looking for replacement Christmas food.”

“We were due our Christmas delivery from Pipers Farm on 20/12. DPD didn't deliver it. I fully understand the courier systems are swamped and that customer service for Pipers will be too, but after 2 days of trying to get into contact with Pipers Farm I have received no help at all. The Customer Service has been non-existant/not contactable. DPD have also been no help in getting back to us either. So, even if delivered now it will not be safe (an extra 48hours+ for perishable poultry and pork) to eat. Since Pipers Farm aren't replying to phone calls and emails I have no way of finding out if they are resending it or issuing a refund so I can make alternative food arrangements.”

“This is my first purchase with Pipers Farm and I wholeheartedly agree with their farming ethos! Our delivery arrived yesterday and we had the natural pork sausages for dinner, which were delicious and had a clean, pork favour! We are looking forward to enjoying the rest of our order, and I'm so pleased to have found such a reputable supplier!”

“The gammon joint looks delicious - we can't wait for our ham and eggs breakfasts over the festivities! Tonight we'll be having your steak with chips - from its appearance, we're expecting good things. Wonderful packaging - a really clever idea! The wool insulation will make a top-class mulch. “Great quality, you can certainly taste the difference from supermarket meat, which justifies paying a bit more but eating less meat. Love the recyclable packaging too, my daughters Guinea pigs love the wool , it’s keeping them warm this winter ! Then gets composted.”

“Was disappointed with delivery, was told it would be here Tuesday waited in all day an night to be told it wasn't coming at 8 o'clock till Wednesday not sure if I should eat the items see they have been on the van so long, I also got pork an I ordered ham,”
