“Great meat, however terrible customer experience We bought a ham for Easter - and guess what - no cooking instructions! They say: you get cooking instructions REALITY: you get a card with their social media that says to find instruction there They say: go to our website for cooking instructions REALITY: no link to any cooking instructions Great website for buying, terrible post sale experience no support for actually cooking the products they sell - which would be fine, but they promised the instructions”

However, we sincerely apologise for the frustration you experienced regarding the cooking instructions. Your experience is important to us, and we take your comments seriously. Regarding the Ham, this item does not require any cooking as it is a fully cooked item ready to eat and I can see on the product page is does show "This product is ready to eat" so I apologise if there has been any confusion. “Delivery was prompt, and packaging well done, with obvious thought to the environment. The fish and meat I bought were both fresh and of great quality. It is more expensive than a supermarket, but I'm happy to pay extra for the welfare of the animals and care towards the environment. However, its expensive enough that I'll order sparingly, and that's the idea, to eat a little less meat and fish.”

“We buy all our meat from Piper’s now as well as cheese if we are having people over. The difference in taste from supermarket meat is so much better and excellent value too!”

“Delivery exactly as described and was fully frozen. The smoked bacon is the loveliest I have ever had. Also have used 1 pack of venison to make a delicious cottage pie. This bodes well for the rest of the order. I am happy to be able to support British farmers and to buy proper free range”

“Amazing amazing amazing! Came in a carefully packed box with meat zip locked safely. The chicken thighs and beef were delicious and tasted like it was from an independent farm rather than mass produced. Will definitely purchase again!”

“I placed my first big order with Pipers a few weeks ago and I felt need to express my thoughts 1) Quality - Outstanding! 2) Service - was delivered with in a couple of days - fantastic! 3) Customer service - I made an error with my seocnd order and contacted their customers team who sorted the issue out very professionally and quickly - excellant! I will continue to use Pipers as my experince so far has been excellant, very happy to recommed to anyone!”
