“Our beautiful trees was delivered in a timley fashion and the company were very easy to deal with. The trees were for the churches where I am the vicar but I am intedning to order one for myself having seen them. Katie Kelly”

“Michael from the Old Town Hall SE16, On behalf of the team we received our three 12ft Xmas trees at three different locations, and I am happy to confirm that the from Pine & Needles have been so helpful, and they know what their customers want and expect. “First things first, we find the customer service with this company is second to none. We made a mistake this year with a tree order not being correct. (This was 100% our mistake and not the companies), when we got in touch to get the issue resolved we got an almost immediate response from their customer service team and had the issue sorted in less than 36 hours from when it was noticed. Both Patrick and Tarik couldn't have been more friendly and helpful with the situation, (that being of a bigger replacement tree having to be brought in to replace the smaller one we ordered by mistake). The delivery crew on both occasions were also so friendly and helpful with the tree moving, doing their job with a smile and even engaging in light cheerful conversation during their brief visit. Not to mention they were extremely polite and conscientious when entering the house by taking their shoes off regardless of being told it wasn't necessary and figuring out how to bring the trees in and out the house while making as little mess as possible. We have been using Pines and Needles to deliver our Christmas Trees for years now and have never had an issue with the service. (If I am to be completely honest, I would say that only one year did we have some relatively rude delivery guys come by with the tree, That being said, that was quite a few years ago now and we haven't seen them since, I am assuming they were let go). This obviously didn't deter us from using the company though since We are fully aware that we all have 'off' days sometimes and so will let that slide, (at least they had santa hats on during delivery)! At the end of the day one very minor slip up like that after years of flawless service is not bad going at all in our opinion. In general this company are friendly, helpful and the trees they have delivered us over these years have always lasted the season without issue. the smell of the fresh pine is wonderful, and the green of the tree is vivid and fresh. It just wouldn't be Christmas without one of their trees in the house. Their service is one we definitely recommend to others and will continue to do so over the years. Thanks again Pines and Needles, from very happy customers.”

“We have received a wreath that looked nothing like the one on the picture - instead of lovely delivmcate blue flowers to be attached to the wreath (as per the picture) we received very basic plasticky blue roses on the wreath that looked fit to be out on a cheap cemetery wreath. Honestly all the visitors that day just turned their heads (my partner put it on the door when it arrived without me seeingit) When I saw it I was so embarrassed I immediately cut those horrendous cheap roses from the wreath.. and added my own decorations. Sincerely disappointed to have spent 50 gbp on this. Honestly so disappointed…”

“Service and quality of the tree we bought today was fantastic. The delivery driver was busy so Alan from Pines & Needles Putney Leisure Centre kindly carried our tree to our house. It was so kind of him and it meant we could decorate this evening. We really appreciated the extra service and would recommend Pines & Needles to everyone.”

“This is my fourth year in a row of ordering a Christmas tree with Pines and Needles and I cannot imagine sourcing a tree from anywhere else. Not only are the trees excellent (great shape and minimal shedding from our Nordman fir), but the customer service is outstanding. All emails are answered extremely promptly, efficiently and helpfully: questions are actually answered, solutions found and links provided. Delivery has been completely reliable too.”
