“Excellent service. I come to Pindrop once a year for a regular check up and ear wax removal treatment. The staff are very professional and friendly. They show before and after images and carefully explain how the treatment works. I thoroughly recommend them.”

“Always a pleasure to visit Pindrop (Winchmore Hill) for wax removal - friendly, efficient, and thoroughly professional. This was my fourth(?) visit (and the second time I have been seen by Shivane) and, even though I've now moved from North London to East Anglia, won't be the last! Thank you.”

“I’ve been wearing hearing aids for over ten years. I’ve always had NHS aids until now. I’d been aware that they weren’t right for me for a while. I had a hearing test conducted by one of the audiologists from Pindrop at the Cleveland Clinic and I was very impressed, so when I decided to go with private aids it was the obvious place to go. I made an appointment to see Sara in the Harley Street Clinic. She carried out a very thorough examination and recommended behind the ear aids as the most suitable for me. I ended up purchasing Phonak Audeo Lumity Life Waterproof Rechargable aids. These are top of the range but there was no pressure to go for the more expensive options. I am so pleased with them as I can link them to my phone and I have a tv adapter and can also link them to my laptop for Teams and Zoom meetings. These have improved my quality of life dramatically and I could not be more pleased with the care and service I’ve had from Pindrop.”

“5* experience from the minute I walked in. Georgia on reception was so friendly and welcoming and Christina the Audiologist was equally as fab with an excellent calm manner. It was such a quick and easy experience (ear wax removal). Would highly recommend.”
