Shivanie was charming, professional and patient with questions. She explained clearly the purpose of the tests she conducted and what the results meant. My daughter had suffered total loss of hearing in her right ear following childbirth; my hearing has been deteriorating since a Gentamycin drip in 2000 and went AWOL in social situations. Shivanie was clear in how she could help both of us. Four stars would have become five if the receptionist had not been so preoccupied.

I visited the Winchmore Hill practice. Overall great professional service. The thing I would like to mention is that before my hearing test, as part of the initial checks, I was advised by the audiologist to clear my ear of wax. She did mention that this would cost extra and would not be covered by the insurance cover through which I was given the appointment. I thought I was in a position without much choice as if I had not opted for the wax removal then the hearing test results would have been distorted. It would have helped if any such extras are advised prior to the visits to enable the patient to connect with the Insurance providers to obtain pre-approval.

A pleasant visit, with the world sounding a clearer place, after the treatment. It’s easy to find with a car park a few moments walk away. I was welcomed and booked in professionally, although I did have to wait for almost fifteen minutes (it would have been 5 stars otherwise) It felt Covid safe and the whole treatment was explained to ensure I understood what would happen. Their prices were competitive and I would use them again.

Very professional and pleasant staff. I only needed one ear done but the price was the same as if I had both ears done. It would have been good if there was a reduction in price.

I recently took my Father who has Parkinson’s and Dementia to have a wax removal Procedure. This was done in a highly professional and informative manner and the consultation was conducted in a clear, compassionate and respectful way. My only complaint is the exorbitant price Senior Citizens now have to pay for this originally free NHS procedure - £50 for 1 ear, £80 for both.

I recently had an appointment for Audiology and Pressure test and was seen straight away. Audio tests went very well and very happy overall and would have given 5 if it wasn't for the issues below... However the pressure test equipment did not work so had to return following day. I got a call to say due to technical issues they were running late so I went approx 30mins after only to find there were no technical issues but they didn't have a clinic earlier on and the audiologist only came in after I had arrived and therefore had to wait another 15mins before been seen.
