“Following the advice from my GP practice I booked an appointment to have my ear wax removed. The practitioner did microsuction and irrigation, thy did no remove the wax. Thy charged me an advised me to return. I returned to my GP practice and they could not believe that Pindrop had not removed the wax. Dissapointed.”

“I went for an ear wax removal treatment. I was told after seconds that there was no wax in either ear, but was still made to pay the full £80 fee. They said I could have a hearing assessment which I neither needed nor wanted, and which took 5 mins.”

“I found your company online, I am making inquiries for an ear wax removal for my 97 year old Father who is a resident of a nursing home in South Kensington. Your charge of £80.00 is quite acceptable but the additional £100.00 plus surcharge for going to your Kings Road premise is not acceptable and should be mentioned on your website, had I know about it I would not have wasted my time calling your premises.”

“My experience was so terrible that I returned the hearing aids and got a refund so that I would not have anything to do with them any more. Under the Covid restrictions and having arrived right on time, I was not happy to be kept waiting in the small reception area for over ten minutes, because the audiologists were talking to each other. When I asked a few questions, the audiologist, whose name I cannot recall, gave me answers which were not addressing my questions. I was the one with hearing difficulties, and she did hear, but she did not listen. Buying hearing aids is not only expensive but it's a commitment in that the audiologist will look after you for the next five years. So, I decided that I would be better off elsewhere.”

“I was recommended to Pindrop last year and I was very pleased with my experience for removal of earwax. However on my recent visit it was an extremely unpleasant and painful especially in my right ear leaving me with intermittent pain. I hope my next visit will be a less painful experience. Nobody had suggested whether or not I should have put oil in my ear prior to a visit.”
