“Excellent customer service. When one of my hearing aid packed up I was given a temporary equipment and serviced the old one very quickly. Price - value for money. All in all I can not fault them”

“The audiologist who tested me, Christina, was very thorough in a way that in nearly thirty years of wearing hearing aids I’ve not encountered. I had in fact more or less despaired of hearing aids which seemed to have become a hinderance rather than a help as my hearing had deteriorated. Her testing was more extensive than earlier audiologists and included testing against background noise which was crucial to the prescription. My new prescription is at last effective and a great relief, as my work involves close face to face listening, which had become a strain, and I can now hear in social situations. Christina also offered skilful earwax removal by suction as part of the initial routine, and it remains as part of the routine follow up is necessary. This is an excellent service which I’m relieved to have found.”

“An excellent and professional service by Elizabeth Kingsman at the Harley Street branch. After a couple of hearing tests, purchased Widex hearing aids on an interest free 12 months finance package. Got them super quick in only a couple of days. Wearing them for just over a month and receiving the benefits of better hearing. After my two week check up, Elizabeth said I could go back again before my six months check up. Pindrop take good care of their clients. Highly recommend them.”

“My husband had a second appointment with Sara this morning. She was very professional and took great care throughout the wax removal procedure. Sara listened to our concerns about not worrying about removing any stubborn remaining wax in this appointment, if it might affect his hearing. However, she skilfully achieved good results from using suction and water techniques. Sara did not rush the procedure, and it was an excellent service as before. Will be returning to Sara. Many thanks!”

“I’ve been wearing hearing aids for over ten years. I’ve always had NHS aids until now. I’d been aware that they weren’t right for me for a while. I had a hearing test conducted by one of the audiologists from Pindrop at the Cleveland Clinic and I was very impressed, so when I decided to go with private aids it was the obvious place to go. I made an appointment to see Sara in the Harley Street Clinic. She carried out a very thorough examination and recommended behind the ear aids as the most suitable for me. I ended up purchasing Phonak Audeo Lumity Life Waterproof Rechargable aids. These are top of the range but there was no pressure to go for the more expensive options. I am so pleased with them as I can link them to my phone and I have a tv adapter and can also link them to my laptop for Teams and Zoom meetings. These have improved my quality of life dramatically and I could not be more pleased with the care and service I’ve had from Pindrop.”
