“Elizabeth was very welcoming and put me at ease immediately. The hearing test went very smoothly and Elizabeth explained everything as we went along. I did not need any help with my hearing and Elizabeth reassured me that all was well. “Stunning supportive care and assistance from Liz and Georgia at Kings Road. I was early for my appointment yesterday and in the area and rather than keep me waiting they were prepared to postpone their lunch break and see me prelunch rather than post lunch so I could be on my way. Commendable approach to patient support which I have had for many years.”

“The whole team at Pindrop were welcoming and friendly. The service I received from them was top notch. Audiologist, Celine, who carried out my hearing check set out what my hearing test would consist of. At each step she clearly explained what was going to happen and what I was required to do. She then explained all the results and what options were available to me. I can highly recommend Pindrop should you be concerned about any hearing loss you may be experiencing.”

“Pindrop Hearing has some if the most amazing customer service delivered to a customer. The staff talk to you as if they had known you for years - even though it could be your first time visiting them. They are hyper professional and very polite when you interact with them. Christina, Fiona, and Tavia whom I have dealt with more, are just a level higher in the way they take care of their customers, than a lot of clinics that I had been to previously. They are the real deal !”

“This was my third visit to Pindrop and we reviewed progress on my hearing and hearing aids. Like previous visits, the audiologist Elizabeth was very thorough and meticulous in her approach and sympathetic in her behaviour. I especially appreciate the fact that each visit is treated as though it were a first consultation and ones hearing and hearing requirements and progress are reviewed in depth on each visit.”

“Before choosing Pindrop, I did my homework and researched several audiological practices across London. What stood out immediately was how few clinics routinely carry out Real Ear Measurements (REM) — the gold-standard verification process that measures sound levels within your actual ear canal to ensure hearing aids are accurately prescribed. Pindrop was one of the very few practices that makes this a standard part of their process, and that told me a great deal about their commitment to best practice. My experience from start to finish was thoroughly professional. My audiologist Harry was knowledgeable, attentive, and had a real gift for explaining my hearing issues in a way that was clear and easy to understand — no unnecessary jargon, just honest and helpful communication. After my appointment, I ran into a problem with the custom-made domes for my Oticon Zeal hearing aids — I had been positioning them incorrectly, which was causing irritation in my ear. I emailed Harry early in the morning, including a photo to illustrate the issue. By 10:00am I was in the practice and he had it sorted. That kind of responsiveness is rare and genuinely impressive. Harry provided first-class service, and I am very grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend Pindrop Hearing to anyone looking for audiological care that combines clinical excellence with outstanding personal service.”

“Myself and my mum go to Pin Drop in Winchmore Hill. We went to have our ears de waxed, this time we saw a lovely young lady called Celine, she was fabulous, gentle and caring. Definitely going to book Celine for next time.”

“One can get cheaper hearing aids from retail or the NHS but that tends not to be the full solution. I was happy to get my first hearing aids from Pindrop with their comprehensive service. The hearing tests were comprehensive using the latest equipment. Invariably one has hearing loss when moved to volunteering for a test. My hearing loss is between Average and Severe having already lost the high frequency range and suffering from tinnitus. The test revealed that I should have perhaps started with hearing aids at 65 not 69, but at least I’m not at the Profound level. I was having difficulty hearing/concentrating on conversations in restaurants and parties. The hearing tests were proof of the fact and the need comprehensively explained. There are finance plans to spread the cost as well insurance for the devices that one will eventually purchase. It is a private practice so there is virtually no waiting time and the offer of devices is broad. The consultation by Dr Chohan at Winchmore Hill is an exemplar of professionalism. For something as vital as hearing this worth the investment, and I would strongly recommend that anyone who has gone as far as this in my review already has hearing loss and will need and aid of some description.”
