“Visited the Winchmore Hill branch for my father. Zhuqeelah was very empathetic, thorough and kind and both my father and I felt she really listened to all our concerns.. The tests were fully explained and we did not feel at all rushed.He has not received the hearing aids yet but the level of care and customer service has so far been exceptional both from Zhu and from Natasha.”

“Had an appointment today at 12 am on arrival the receptionist were very friendly and polite. My appointment was with Jasmin who was exceptional nice and put me at ease she did a brilliant job cleaning my ear wax and took the time to explain everything that was happening. I have been to Pin Drop before and this was my second appointment and I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Excellent initial tests and hearing aids fitting. Most impressive has been follow up care: I had problems which were resolved quickly. My one year appointment with Harry resulted in my aids being recalibrated, for which I am most appreciative.”

“The test I had today was undertaken by a very helpful and friendly team. The receptionist was friendly, efficient and polite. The audiologist was thoroughly professional and pleasant. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. This was a very good experience.”

“I was very impressed by the way in which Elizabeth at Pindrop in the king's Road recently tested my hearing a year on from acquiring my hearing aids there. She was extremely thorough in her testing and answered all my questions and queries very professionally, allowing me to use my hearing aids with confidence and knowledge.”

“I had a fantastic experience with my ear wax removal today! Jasmine was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly polite and professional throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain every step of the process clearly and even showed me before and after pictures of my ears, which was fascinating and reassuring. I felt completely looked after and valued as a patient. Jasmine also gave me excellent, practical advice on how to care for my ears between visits. 10 out of 10 service! I highly recommend this clinic and Jasmine to anyone needing ear care.”

“There is only one word to describe this company - Outstanding. I have worn hearing aids for over 40years and have never experienced such professionalism. The state of art equipment, indepth examination fully explained and an understanding of the problems faced by customers. The after sales service is excellent. Every member of staff at Winchmore Hill practice are helpful, caring and friendly with a special mention to Celine who goes the extra mile to make customers feel special.”

“I visited the Winchmore Hill branch today, as I had lost the hearing in one ear due to a wax build up. The ladies there were so welcoming and identified that both ears required attention. So, the micro suction treatment was fully explained to me and the procedure very quick, with constant checks that I was comfortable. My hearing is now restored! I am very happy to recommend Pin Drop. Many thanks.”

“Had an excellent experience with dewaxing of my ears. Polite and welcoming receptionist and seen promptly at appointment time. Yasmin the audiologist undertook a comprehensive of assessment of the wax in my ears with a concise and clear explanation backed up with cctv images. Wax removal was then undertaken with great care, consideration and description in a professional manner. Good after care advice given and will definitely return to Pindrop.”
