“Having previously bought my hearing aids through Pindrop, I attended for my first check up today. Right from the start, Elizabeth was friendly, clear, efficient and professional. This free check up was comprehensive, thoroughly testing both my hearing and the performance of hearing aids. It was a pleasure to take part”

“Very efficient booking system. Established no ear wax problem (reason for appointment) but divergence of quality of hearing between right and left years emerged from tests. Tests and conclusions done and explained on the spot and follow-up recommendations of audiologists arrived very soon after. Very friendly team”

“Having used a High Street audiologist, I have now tried Pindrop and am hugely satisfied. Their level of professionalism and expertise seems to me a large cut above the High Street firm I used. “Harry did an exceptional job conducting my vestibular function tests at the Harley Street Pindrop clinic. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and was reassuring throughout, taking particular care to ensure I was comfortable as I was managing another health issue at the same time. His many years of experience were evident in his calm, measured approach to analysing the results and making recommendations. I would highly recommend both Harry and the clinic. This is an excellent place to go, especially given the long NHS waiting times.”

“I am very lucky to be 5 minutes' walk away from the Winchmore Hill shop, so I have had minimum effort in maintaining my hearing aids over two and a half years. The service is always excellent, the staff very friendly and I come away feeling pleased that I opted for Pindrop rather than going for NHS hearing aids. It is so easy to drop in without making an appointment if I need any help or supplies. Yes, it cost more of course, but I think it was worth it.”
