“One can get cheaper hearing aids from retail or the NHS but that tends not to be the full solution. I was happy to get my first hearing aids from Pindrop with their comprehensive service. The hearing tests were comprehensive using the latest equipment. Invariably one has hearing loss when moved to volunteering for a test. My hearing loss is between Average and Severe having already lost the high frequency range and suffering from tinnitus. The test revealed that I should have perhaps started with hearing aids at 65 not 69, but at least I’m not at the Profound level. I was having difficulty hearing/concentrating on conversations in restaurants and parties. The hearing tests were proof of the fact and the need comprehensively explained. There are finance plans to spread the cost as well insurance for the devices that one will eventually purchase. It is a private practice so there is virtually no waiting time and the offer of devices is broad. The consultation by Dr Chohan at Winchmore Hill is an exemplar of professionalism. For something as vital as hearing this worth the investment, and I would strongly recommend that anyone who has gone as far as this in my review already has hearing loss and will need and aid of some description.”

“Using the skills and techniques acquired as an experienced professional clinician. the way Ms Chohan gathered my backstory as it relates to my hearing impairment was both comforting and assuring. I was also impressed with her explanation of the results of my audiological tests, which were informative and instructive. Both my wife and I much appreciate her discussion of the pros and cons of the hearing available as they relate to my loss of hearing, adopting an objective frame of mind. We both believe relying on Ms Chohan's advice and guidance, we have selected a value-for-money hearing aid that addresses my loss of hearing, although it is far more costly than the hearing aids available through the NHS.”

“I recently had my vestibular function test at Pindrop Hearing, and the test experience went really well. Sara Chohan conducted my test, she was very very helpful. She made me feel relaxed, and before each assessment, she explained exactly what to expect. She also made a point to ask me to let her know if I felt uncomfortable at any time, which I found very reassuring. She is just very nice to talk to. I highly recommend her and the team!”

“Have always been impressed by the excellent customer service provided by Pindrop Hearing. Most recently I met with Celine at the Winchmore Hill branch who was superb fixing a problem I had with my hearing appliances which necessitated them being sent away for repair and on their return then giving me a fresh hearing test to ensure the settings matched my requirements.”
