“Many thanks to Tayla and team for solving my hearing aid problems: largely my own fault not understanding clever features which I had not had previously and didn’t understand. I am afraid I am of the old fashioned “keep it simple” mentality so greatly appreciate your help trying to keep me up to date! Thanks again!”

“I had been requested by my GP to visit Pindrop Hearing as my ears had accumulated wax over a few years and I had challenges hearing any conversation. I had the opportunity to visit the Harley Street Branch clinic and must say right from the start, Reception staff and the clinical staff were very helpful, friendly, polite and professional in their care. I had the pleasure of being seen by Taylor who not only portrayed all of the above traits but was kind, caring, explaining the procedure at every step of the way. Taylor took her time in removing the stubborn wax and had a lovely personality which immediately put you at ease. I would definitely recommend any prospective patient/ client to book their appointment with Pindrop Hearing and request to be seen by Taylor. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with her clinical performance/ approach. Thank you Taylor for your time and support.”

“An excellent service for wax removal. Anna took the necessary care I had requested especially when it came to not extracting any last tiny amounts that might prove difficult. Retaining my hearing is so much more important to me, than full removal of the wax. However, Anna did a perfect job anyway. My third visit, and I will return to be tested for hearing aids soon. Thank you! A wonderful service. Very happy!”
