“After accommodating a change in appointment date/time the actual appointment was as efficient as i have come to expect. i hadn't met Elizabeth before, but she lived up to expectations and the consultation was slick and efficient as ever (although unfortunately requiring a further adjustment to the aids reflecting further dimunition!!!)”

“I recently had a hearing test with with Pindrop Hearing and the experience was excellent. Elizabeth was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to explain things and answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I left feeling much more informed about my hearing health. Highly professional service and I would definitely recommend them.”

“Entering a Harley Street professional clinic and being told there was no time limit on my consultation— that we would take as long as needed to find a solution— was truly refreshing and reassuring. This is such a contrast to other services that rush you through a 15-minute slot, and even my recent NHS GP visit where I was reminded I had only 10 minutes. The team, the equipment, and the overall setup are second to none. I highly recommend them.”

“CHRISTINA HAS ALWAYS MADE US VERY WELCOME AND HELPED WITH MY HEARING AIDS. ANY PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED IMMEDIATELY AND LUCKILY I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS TO DATE. CHRISTINA HAS SAID SHE IS ALWAYS ON THE END OF THE TELEPHONE IF I DO HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.”
