“I have used Pindrop hearing for the past 5 years and have excellent service across 2 of their practices. I was delighted with the opening of the Temple Fortune branch which was more convenient for me, and have been under the care of Abi who is patient and thorough. She has gone above and beyond to ensure my new hearing aids are programmed to give me the maximum benefit.”

“Harry carried out all tests promptly and professionally and explained that the current hearing aids (10 years old) were not working to full capacity (only 38%) to facilitate my loss of hearing in my left ear and that needed to upgrade.”

Zhuqeelah (the audiologist) was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making the process feel rushed or overwhelming. She listened carefully to my concerns and carried out a thorough assessment, ensuring I fully understood the results and the available options. “Pindrop hearing provided an amazing experience and service. My audiologist Tayla Heselton could not have been more patient, diligent and caring in providing a transformative product and experience. My hearing was diagnosed as profoundly deaf and I can now cope easily with one to one and crowded situations as well as blue tooth aided phone calls. I am delighted with the effect this has had on my day to day life. I cannot recommend them more highly.”
