“Excellent clinic I’ve had call to contact them twice with problems with my hearing aids and have been seen the next day, most unusual these days. All the staff are excellent and the audiologists are really good, fully explaining everything. I was lucky to have my aids and service package paid for by a previous employer and I am so impressed by Pindrop that I will strongly consider using them again privately in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing aids or treatment.”

“Excellent customer service. When one of my hearing aid packed up I was given a temporary equipment and serviced the old one very quickly. Price - value for money. All in all I can not fault them”

“The audiologist who tested me, Christina, was very thorough in a way that in nearly thirty years of wearing hearing aids I’ve not encountered. I had in fact more or less despaired of hearing aids which seemed to have become a hinderance rather than a help as my hearing had deteriorated. Her testing was more extensive than earlier audiologists and included testing against background noise which was crucial to the prescription. My new prescription is at last effective and a great relief, as my work involves close face to face listening, which had become a strain, and I can now hear in social situations. Christina also offered skilful earwax removal by suction as part of the initial routine, and it remains as part of the routine follow up is necessary. This is an excellent service which I’m relieved to have found.”

“An excellent and professional service by Elizabeth Kingsman at the Harley Street branch. After a couple of hearing tests, purchased Widex hearing aids on an interest free 12 months finance package. Got them super quick in only a couple of days. Wearing them for just over a month and receiving the benefits of better hearing. After my two week check up, Elizabeth said I could go back again before my six months check up. Pindrop take good care of their clients. Highly recommend them.”
