“I have used the wax removal service at the Winchmore Hill practice several times now. It has always worked , even though the most recent needed 2 visits. The staff are all very pleasant and make the procedure easy. A service that is available when you need it. David”

“Facing up to hearing loss and finally dealing with it has been a very big step and with Sara at Pindrop Hearing I feel that I have been in very good hands on this journey. I have had a pair of Phonak hearing aids for one month now and so far have been very pleased with them. Overall, I have personally found that there is really no need to put up with hearing loss and I can think of no better recommendation for Pindrop Hearing than this, many thanks Sara.”

“This is my second contract hearing aid I have had with Pindrop. I am extremely happy with my new hearing aid and am very fortunate to have Shivanie Sachdev looking after my care. She has made me feel so relaxed and special. I feel like I am speaking to a friend as she answers any queries I have. The price, service and attention from everyone at Pindrop is second to none.”

“I attended Pin Drop in Winchmore Hill after being recommended by a friend. I was seen by Shivanie Sachdev who was outstanding in her attention to detail and customer care. I had previously used another high street chain for my hearing aids but was dissatisfied with their service and after 9 months of poor aftercare I am pleased to have found Pin Drop. I now have hearing aids appropriate to my requirements with the comfort of knowing that there is great aftercare and support with Pin Drop. I highly recommend them.”
