“I had a hearing test with Elizabeth and was most impressed with her professionalism and overall manner. She explained things to me clearly and presented and discussed the results in a similarly clear manner. The price was most reasonable, especially as I received a discount because my wife attends the same practice.”

“Shivanie was excellent at explaining everything in detail from hearing test outcomes to different kinds of hearing aids that would be suitable for me. She helped me in making a decision in choosing the hearing aid with a very objective approach. She fitted the Lyric for me which I am very happy with so far and have been offered a 30 day free trial. Thank you!”

“I was worried about a determination in my hearing. I saw Elisabeth who immediately put me at ease. She cleaned my ears, explaining every step. She took me through the tests in an enjoyable and professional way. She explained the results clearly.for the time being the cleaning has improved my hearing enough. She will remind me to follow up in a year, which I will do. I highly recommend Pindrop.”

“Lovely and a very welcoming clinic supported by friendly and pleasant staff. I felt comfortable talking with the Audiologist Shivanie, a very nice and kind young lady. She did my hearing test thoroughly and explained everything to me. Brilliant service, thanks to Shivanie and also to Natasha.”

“Christina was brilliant. She listened patiently to the issues I had been experiencing which led to a lack of confidence in the hearing aids I have had for five years. I expected that I might need to buy another brand but Christine reconfigured mine and I now wear my aids the whole time. Hearing massively improved. Thank you!”
