“My experience at Pindrop Hearing has been excellent. I was allocated a specialist named Krishna for my ear check up. She was very welcoming, her tone was very polite and she was keen to understand my issues with my ears. She asked all the relevant questions and her expertise as a specialist was clearly reflected through her questions. Pindrop Hearing store is fully equipped with the modern audiological equipment & is a very hygienic and clean place. I highly recommend Pindrop Hearing. Definitely 5 star service!”

“I attended for ear wax removal having had a poor experience at another audiologist. The micro-suction procedure was carried out expertly and efficiently with amazing screenshots of my ears before and after to show the difference. I would definitely come back to Pindrop again.”

“We first went to Pindrop for ear wax removal for my mother. That was fast efficient and very effective. Then we decided on a hearing test, during which Sara Chohan was so patient. Finally got some hearing aids for my mother which have made a tremendous difference to her level of hearing compared to her old NHS aids. Sara has been very patient and helpful with ensuring that my mother is comfortable with the aids and happy to arrange follow up phone consultations. Can't recommend them highly enough. The only negative is the parking situation outside the Harley St office.”
