“I've been with Pindrop for eight years now and in all my dealings in that time they have been first class. My latest visit got straight to the problem of what turned out to be an ear infection - Elizabeth clearly explained the nature of the problem, provided relief by clearing a blockage caused by the infection and give me a clear professional prognosis (and pictures of their before and after treatment) to pass onto my doctor (really appreciated by her).”

“I needed a regular checkup and the really excellent young lady who forgave me arriving ten minutes late was really efficient , clearly very competent and dealt with me professionally and in a friendly manner that was a huge advertisement for Pindrop. First class.”

“My husband and I both had our hearing tested by Christina, who then explained our results and options in a friendly and expert manner. Fitting of aids and follow up checks were again handled very professionally by Christina and with much improved hearing, we would highly recommend this excellent service at Pindrop Hearing..”

“I took my 3 year old son for his hearing test recently. I was a little anxious as he doesn’t like to be around new faces but audiologist was great. He listened to her carefully and she was very calm and gentle with him. He actually wanted to come back and do the tests again!! Thank you for a stress free experience.”

“I had a hearing assessment at your Winchmore Hill Branch on 21st March 2024. On arrival the receptionist was welcoming, friendly and put me at my ease. This treatment continued when I saw the audiologist, she also clearly explained everything that would happen, and answered my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services. Thank you”
