“PikPerfectionists! Captivating wedding album ensconced in velvet, museum-worthy and certain to be passed down through generations! Although there were some communication issues that required further clarification between USA Central time and Time Switzerland, the team here was eager to rectify and reward with a corrected and perfect version of my premium, lay-flat album with a custom-designed presentation box (which is not an extra, but a luxurious necessity, so DO add a keepsake box to your cart!) Richard and Paul did their utmost to provide complete fulfillment for an heirloom set. I am a very particular person, and they duly honored their customer satisfaction guarantee. Quite pleased!”

“I worked with Tom (KK) and he was AMAZING! His communication was clear and consistent. I received my books this weekend and I was blown away!!! The quality is outstanding! Very happy with my purchase. My only little complaint is that it would be helpful if the box had more room in it so I could put other little mementos from our wedding day in it. Otherwise, the book is stunning! Highly recommend!”

“So happy to have discovered this company! The process was so easy and the end result is wonderful. Very high-quality product. Glad I chose the lay flat album with the thick pages. Helena did a fantastic job choosing and laying out the photos and adding decorative touches. The end result is a wonderful timeline of my daughter’s wedding day. This was a first anniversary gift for her and her husband and they absolutely love it. She said it really beats just having the photos online, as you can relive the day with this beautiful album. It was very easy to make changes, and Helena was very accommodating and helpful. They are overseas so expect a time lag receiving emails/revisions if you are in the USA. Printing took a bit longer than expected but shipping was fast. Overall it was a really easy and fun process and the end result is simply wonderful. Love being able to get a smaller parent’s version as well. Highly recommend!”

“I ordered the lay flat album for my wedding photos. I used the design services and went back and forth 4-5 times with the designer. Reviews and revisions were easy and they were patient with my questions and changes. Worth every penny- the album is PERFECT! It truly is beautiful and photo quality is stunning. I’m so happy and my husband is too. Would recommend to anyone!”

“I ordered the layflat wedding photo album in stone linen and got a 12x12 for each family and a mini add-on 8x8 for us. The best part about pikperfect was they offered photo design for the book for the most affordable price I could find! I uploaded all 700 wedding pics and a designer selected what they thought were best, let me add or remove pics, then provided the first proof. I edited a few photos, the album cover, and fabric for a total of 5 revisions. Each time they got back to me within 2-3 days with the updated version, and the final product turned out perfect. Highly recommend!”

“What a great company to work with. We wanted to have a hard copy record of our fantastic anniversary holiday to Mauritius. Looking at the multiple options for books to be produced we finally settled on PikPerfect AG. It could not have been a better choice. From the moment we uploaded the photos to the day our lay flat album arrived we were involved in the design, actively consulted about what we wanted. Once we hit the production button we thought that would be it. However, as a truly professional company the final draft was given a full resolution once over and a couple of the photos were just a little blurry. We were contacted discussed options and that was that. The packing of the lay flat album was fantastic! Perfectly protected from any damage during the delivery. The only other accolade we can say is the we will be a retuning customer! Nothing can beat customer satisfaction in ensuring repeat business”

“Sarah, the designer was very patient through all the revisions. Her response was always quick with the turnaround. I love how the layflat 8x8 album turned out, the pages are sturdy and the prints are clear. I ordered two albums, one to give and one for myself. This album will be cherished in the years to come. Thank you PikPerfect for such a beautiful product!”
