“Pikperfect does a great job with the work that you ask them to do. Always spot on. the problem I have is the ability and ease of sharing a draft with a customer to get there approval. The comunication link with my client always gets broken and it ends up taking way too long to get a job done. I wish there was a way for mr to design an album, send the draft to my customer without reveling the cost and get approval, all without having tohave piktime in the comunication loop.”

Hi Timothy, Thank you for your kind words about our design work! As a professional photographer, you receive an album review link for yourself and an unbranded version to share with your clients. It is important to note that both links point to the exact same live project. If you, or your client, submit feedback on the album draft, the album goes back into "design status" and the unbranded link will no longer work while we're making the requested changes. If you need to make an administrative change (like adding more photos), simply reply to our email instead of submitting this as feedback on the online draft. “Amazing company. Easy to use website, prompt draft and redraft production. Entire book was redrafted based on my preferences resulting in a layout I loved. Shipping was rapid, packaging was secure and protective. End product was of amazing quality and exactly what I wanted. Excellent communication from the company throughout. “What can I say... Great family run company. I researched about these guys a lot and was confident to order from them. Customer service is amazing and they put so much effort to make my album to look amazing! Communication was quick! However I was bit suspicious about payment system and it got me worried. But I received my invoice and tracking number as soon as I confirmed that I was happy to proceed with printing and obviously after payment. Can't fault these guys. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you very much!”

“I created a lay-flat wedding album, which turned out beautifully. I reached out to the PikPerfect design team several times throughout the design process, and they were always quick and thorough in answering my questions. They did a final review before I purchased the album, and recommended a couple of good changes. I ordered a box with my album, which arrived damaged, but PikPerfect made sure that I got a replacement box with no trouble.”

“My husband and I never got a wedding album and we were married in 2010. It was something that I had wanted for many years, but the task seemed daunting. It was going to be so difficult picking from all of the wonderful pictures from our wedding and reception. I believe there was close to 1,000 pictures. I uploaded them all to PikPerfect and they curated the album for me. It was beautiful. We went back and forth through several edits and they were so patient. When the album arrived, it was beautiful. I could not be happier. I will be using them again in the future!!!!”

“Pictures printed darker than what was submitted. Writing on cover was designed to be centered, and while it is centered on the cover flap, it appears off to the right due to the layflat binding extending an inch to the left. When designing the cover, the added width of the binding did not appear. Dark pages Off center cover text”

Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed the files used for this DIY album and several of the original images are quite dark, so unfortunately they will print dark as well. Our print process is professionally calibrated each day to ensure consistent, accurate output, so the result will closely reflect the tones in the files provided. On a backlit computer or phone screen, those same images can appear noticeably brighter than they will on paper—especially in the darker areas. A member of our team has reached out to you directly with a few options to help address your concerns.

“Worth the money! I am so pleased with the memory booklet that I made for my daughter and her husband for their wedding anniversary gift. PikPerfect designers worked with me until we got it just like I wanted it. The expression on my daughter's face when she opened it was worth it all! I highly recommend getting your wedding or any other special event made into a keepsake book. Will defintely use again when my youngest daugther gets married.”
