“Great customer service, I spoke to Dan the CEO on the phone and he answered my questions regarding some gold sovereigns I had ordered. The coins turned up before 1pm the next day with signed delivery from the Royal Mail. I was more than happy with the sovereigns I received. I will be using Physical Gold for my future gold purchases.”

“Great, quick response time to queries. Received items quickly too. Only disappointing aspect was that the coins ordered arrived as a bubble-wrapped sausage; considering that I spent nearly £5,000. I have ordered coins from another online company and they arrived in individual plastic cases.”
