“First time buying from this company. Was a bit apprehensive considering I was purchasing a significant amount. Called the first time to check and confirm some information but was able to get through to anyone. It was a Saturday so I thought to leave the whole process till Monday, however was pleasantly surprised to get a call back from Dan who explained what I needed to know. The whole process was smooth. I'm happy and plan to purchase again very soon. Great service! Thank you!”

“Customer service - exceptional professionalism; Delivery - trouble-free and immediate (after ordering, the next day the product at the recipient); One negative issue: the description of Gold Sovereign reads: 'Nowhere else will you receive a Certificate of Authenticity and buyback guarantee, but unfortunately no such certificate is included in the shipmen”

“A genuine 5-star review. Never, ever heard of "Physical Gold" before but it was the middle of the night and I woke up having this “idea” to purchase one of the new Platinum Jubilee bullion coins – was clicking around everywhere from the Royal Mint to (other competitors) … In my research, Physical Gold was not ONLY the most competitively priced but there wasn’t quite as much “Online pressure?” (if that’s the best explanation)… Simple few details and a few clicks and my order was placed… Job done. I called the next day as I did put in some specific requests in the “comments section” and the gentleman that answered the phone was very obliging; nothing too much trouble… Just a genuinely positive experience all-around. Not very much else to say really. But I know where I’m gonna be scrolling through the next time I’m looking to buy more stuff 😊 Keep up the good work ladies and gents!”

“Dan is a friendly knowledgeable guy, he took the time to go through different options, his prices are very good, and if spending a larger amount is open to a sensible offer. I bought from here many times and have recommended to friends as well.”
