“I ordered 2026 coin but received 2011 old coins. Was under the impression I was ordered King Charles, pure Britannia gold coins with printed 999.9. I can't even discuss with anyone for this. I guess it's disappointing episode!”

Hi Venkat. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed, but we would like to clarify a couple of points for anyone reading this review. Your order was for our Best Value Gold Britannias, rather than 2026 Gold Britannias. As stated in the product description, Best Value Britannias are pre-owned coins and can be supplied from any year, which is why they are available at around 2% less than brand-new coins. The age of the coin does not reduce its gold value. When the time comes to sell, we would pay the same price for a 2011 Britannia as we would for an equivalent 2026 Britannia. We were also disappointed to read that you felt you couldn’t discuss this with anyone, as we haven’t received any contact from you about the order. Our team is readily available by phone or email and would have been very happy to explain the product or discuss your concerns.

Helpful Report

“I very seemless process and one of the best prices I could find for my 1oz coin. I will be shopping here again.”

Helpful Report

“I made an error in the information I supplied to Dan. This resulted in a considerably lower agreed price than the actual value. On receiving the coins Dan immediately phoned me and corrected the price to my betterment. I received over three times the agreed price. I would never have known of my error had he not shown outstanding honesty. The whole process was efficient, profession and HONEST to the extreme. Thank you Dan. Tony Francis. Harwich Essex UK”
