“Very good quick and easy service, gold received within few days!”

“The website is excellent, clear and easy to use. Purchasing is very easy and communications is precise with a tracking number supplied as soon as items were despatched. Packaging was not great. On arrival the bubble wrap envelope was open and there was a hole in the outside plastic bag. This delivery was over 5kg and probably should have been split into two packages.”

“The process for ordering and payment. In this particular instance, though the advert seemed to suggest that the product was in, in fact delivery was still awaited. There was no communication from the company as to the status of the order. I would suggest that if there is going to be a delay, a short update email, outside of the automated emails might allay any concern the purchaser may have about delivery timeframes. That being said, once I'd contacted Physical Gold, they responded within minutes.”
