But I understand that the stick for my order was low. I would recommend to others, but for some more research I found other firms that offer less over spot price. Hi, sorry to hear about the extended delivery time. I've looked into your order and it was placed on a Friday, so 2 of those days were the weekend. The order was placed in the period leading up to Christmas when we tend to get a spike in orders and the postal system is also delayed. I understand this can be frustrating. While a majority of orders are received next day, we'll continue to try improving during the busy Christmas season.

“Have orderd 2 times this year\n1 small delivery order\ngot it quick and easy and the company found themselves my typing error in the postcode\n2th for storage\nmy ideas for the coinssizes got respected in the directors pick and with the small discount a good deal\n\nPG could improve by sending an photo of coins/bars for storage customers via email ..they never see the product themselve\nand adding a portfololist in the onlineaccount optimally with resellvalue....or adding the coinphotos there”

“Very satisfied with the order process.\nI would say it is reasonable for the company to ensure payment is in their bank before posting their coins, especially as large amounts can be involved.\nCoins are sent in plain anonymous envelopes, I am sure this detracts from the value of the contents thus reducing the risk of 'loss in transit'.\nPackage is sent insured and tracked anyway on a Signed For 1st Class service.\n\nI will be using them again in the future”
