“Very efficient and easy to use website. Coins arrived quickly and safely.\nShow both sides of coins. Show credit card charges up front to avoid having to back-track and then put debit card details in. Need more detail on site on quality of coins/finish and side by side bullion value (other than for Troy oz coins), coin cost for bullion quality, coin cost for proof etc. With percentage increase in brackets perhaps. Increase accessories - perhaps some mini pirate treasure chests.”

“I was very satisfied with the simplicity of the overall procedure - one quick phone call and a funds transfer was all it took. The ins-and-outs were explained to me, a first time dabbler, clearly and concisely and I was told the buy-back price which I thought was fair. It was a good experience. \nNow for the criticisms: your website could be clearer on the up to date price because that's what people want to know first. Secondly, you need to accept debit cards.”

“An area that needs improvement is the price of silver. I understand that it's the business in the UK that have large premiums on silver but not usually worth it when I have other options.\n\nPurchasing and delivery of the items is fast and is what I enjoyed most. Having a certificate of authenticity is also a nice touch.”

But I understand that the stick for my order was low. I would recommend to others, but for some more research I found other firms that offer less over spot price. So I am afraid I may not buy for you guys again. But I cannot stress enough the quality of the customer service.”
